if you click on the + for Team Fortress 2, there look for players, there you can find hats (under items), and the
I also suggest you to get the bonemerger tool so there's no need for posing the hats aswell, you need to try or spawn again the stuff because sometimes it takes time till they decide to merge into the ragdolls. hope that helps
